Biltmore House is located on Fifth Street in Midtown Atlanta, between West Peachtree Street and historic Peachtree Street. With just steps separating it from the expanding campus of Georgia Institute of Technology to the west of the building, and Atlanta’s Midtown Mile project to the east, Biltmore House is truly central to Midtown’s amazing amenities.
Within a short walk is a variety of restaurants and retail, as well as groceries, historic churches, several newly-constructed residential developments, the historic Fox Theatre, (the aforementioned Georgia Tech) and more. Midtown celebrates many festivals through the year, including the annual Taste of Atlanta, where thousands of Atlantans converge to taste some of Atlanta’s best food just outside the Biltmore House door. And with Piedmont Park just a brisk walk away, and two Marta train stations only blocks away, Atlanta is truly at your doorstep.
Biltmore House is close to the ‘action’ of Peachtree Street, but on a quiet street a block away – the best of both worlds!
Biltmore House shares a large courtyard and parking deck with The Biltmore, a renovated commercial space which served as the main building of The Biltmore Hotel.
Inside The Biltmore are several floors of Class A office space, along with two restored ballrooms which host some of Atlanta’s finest wedding receptions, holiday gatherings, fundraisers, and occasionally even movie and TV shoots!
